PET OWNER SERVICES

We have been where you are now. Our pets are the light of our lives. It is in their spirit and honor that we perform every cremation. They are the guardian angels looking over all the souls who find their way to us.

Whether it be a police dog who has fallen, a lovable pound dog who waits at the door for your return, or the cat who has prowled the neighborhood at night to come home looking for your love, each animal is cared for through our Animal Companion ID Tag and Tracking System. The ID tag stays with your pet throughout our care, and is returned to you with their cremains. Our system ensures that your pet is identifiable throughout the entire process and returned to you.

This is not just a job to us, each animal that is in our care has graced this world with love and compassion, and it brings a heartwarming smile when we can reciprocate in our own way as their physical body leaves us and their soul shines on. It is an honor and privilege to be entrusted with your pet. It is our commitment that each pet is treated with the same respect and dignity we would want our own pet to be treated with.

CREMATION

You can choose from 4 cremation options:

Private Cremation - Private cremation provides you with the opportunity to keep your pet’s cremated remains as a permanent and personal keepsake. When you choose private cremation, your treasured pet will be the only pet in the cremation chamber during the cremation process. When the cremation process is complete, we ensure that you receive only the cremated remains of your pet. For information on fees for a private cremation, please contact us.

Individual Cremation - Individual cremation provides you with the opportunity to keep your pet’s cremated remains as a permanent and personal keepsake. When you choose individual cremation, your treasured pet is placed into the crematory and separated from the other pets. When the cremation process is complete, we ensure that you receive only the cremated remains of your pet. For information on fees for an individual cremation, please contact us.

Attended Private Cremation - Available to those who wish to be present for the cremation. The process takes between 2 to 31/2 hours, during which you can wait in our Reflections Room. If you are interested in this option, please call to discuss.

Communal Cremation - Your pet will be cremated with other companion animals, and the ashes will not be returned to you. For information on fees for a communal cremation, please contact us.

Our experience with Circle of Life was amazing. The staff was professional and courteous and really sensitive to how devastating it was to lose our Brody. Everything was really quick and they certainly made the burden of losing our sweet dog so much easier. It really was wonderful knowing that they gave him the same care and love in death as he was shown in life.
